Step-by-Step Tutorial to Add WhatsApp to the Frontend
Step 1:
From the Academy Control Panel, navigate to the settings section where you can add communication options.
Step 2:
Locate the option to add a WhatsApp number. Make sure to enter the number along with the correct country code (e.g., +1 for USA, +971 for UAE).
Step 3:
After entering the WhatsApp number, double-check it for accuracy, then click the “Save” button.
Step 4:
Once the number is saved, it will automatically be added to the academy’s frontend. The WhatsApp icon will now be visible to all users, allowing them to contact the academy directly via WhatsApp.
Step 5:
To test the functionality, visit the frontend of the academy’s website, and you should see the WhatsApp icon appear. You can click it to initiate a conversation with the academy support team.
