How to send inquiries to the teacher
On our platform, students can easily communicate with their teachers by sending inquiries. This functionality ensures that students can quickly get clarification on lessons, assignments, or other academic matters. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to send inquiries directly to your teacher:

Login to Your Dashboard: After successfully logging into your student dashboard, locate the messaging or inquiries section, which allows you to communicate directly with teachers.

Select Your Teacher: Under the “My Teachers” or “Contacts” tab, find the teacher you wish to send the inquiry to. A list of your current teachers and course instructors will be displayed.

Start a New Conversation: Once you’ve selected the teacher, click on the “Message” or “Inquiries” button. This will open up a chat window where you can type your message.

Compose Your Inquiry: In the message field, type out your question or concern clearly. Be sure to provide enough detail so that the teacher understands your inquiry thoroughly.

Attach Relevant Files (Optional): If your inquiry is related to an assignment or other files, you can attach documents, images, or links directly to the inquiry. Simply click the attachment icon and select the relevant file from your device.

Send the Message: After composing your message and adding any necessary attachments, click the “Send” button. Your teacher will receive a notification and can respond through the platform.

Track Your Inquiries: You can always go back to the “Inquiries” section to check for responses or follow up on any ongoing conversations with your teacher.
