Technical Requirements for Using Classperts Learning Platform

For Computers: Classperts works smoothly on most devices, including desktops, laptops, and tablets. There’s no need to download software; it functions directly from your browser. It's recommended to use Chrome or Firefox for optimal performance.

Minimum Computer Specifications:

  • Dual-core processor with 2GB RAM or more.
  • Operating systems supporting updated versions of Chrome or Firefox.

Safari and Internet Explorer are also supported but may not deliver the best experience.

For Mobile Devices: Classperts supports Android (version 6 and above) and iOS (version 12.2 and above). The platform operates directly from the browser without additional installations.

Most features work across these devices, although screen-sharing isn’t available on Chrome for Android or Safari for iOS.

Internet Speed Requirements:

  • For Learners: A minimum of 0.5 Mbps upload and 1 Mbps download speed is suggested for seamless performance.
  • For Instructors: A higher speed is preferred, especially for those sharing their webcam or desktop, to ensure smooth communication.
