- Here, you can update the "Objective Title" and specify whether it is a "Primary Objective."
- If applicable, select any "Prerequisite Objectives" that must be completed before this one.
-
Choose Self-Assessment as the Completion Method:
- In the field "How do you want the student to complete the objective?" select "Self-Assessment."
- This option will allow trainees to answer questions and get feedback directly.
-
Create Questions and Answers:
- Write the questions you want to include in the self-assessment.
- Provide multiple-choice answers for each question, ensuring to mark the correct answer.
- If needed, you can add more answers by clicking on "Add More Answers."
-
Add More Questions (if needed):
- To create a comprehensive self-assessment, you can add multiple questions by selecting "Add New Question."
- This ensures that all key concepts are covered in the assessment.
-
Finalize and Publish:
- Ensure that the objective’s visibility is set to "Published" so that it will be accessible to trainees.
- Click on "Update Objective" to save all changes.
-
Review and Test:
- Before rolling out the self-assessment to trainees, preview the assessment to ensure that all elements are functioning as intended.
- Make sure that the feedback provided is clear and that the assessment can be repeated multiple times if necessary.
Note: This self-assessment tool is designed to give trainees immediate feedback on their performance and can be repeated as often as needed, with no limit on the number of attempts.
